CHILDHOOD FANTASIES: A NEW NARRATIVE

My creative practice explores culture, identity, and emotion through various mediums, including painting, photography, and installation.

The “Childhood Fantasies” series delves into the deeper meanings of culture by integrating symbolic elements from traditional Chinese folk art, Western modern art, and Eastern contemporary art.  Employing surreal imagery,  vibrant colors, and expressive lines, the series disrupts conventional aesthetics through the interplay between tradition and modernity in art —  inviting viewers to interpret cultural contexts, unravel metaphors and rethink what art means today.
