ECHOES OF THE INVISIBLE.
This installation is an exploration of the profound emotions and memories tethered to the concept of "home."
Utilizing fragile yet malleable paper, the work reconstructs household objects through a meticulous process of layering, molding, casting, and assembling. This deliberate approach strips away the objects' original utility and physical weight, allowing the imprints of time and the soul of memory to faintly surface through the translucent textures of the paper.
While the lightness and tactile nature of the paper give physical form to the ephemeral traces of time, the ashes concealed within the artwork serve as a silent, ritualistic language. Carrying a deep, lingering yearning for "home," these elements intertwine to create a tranquil, intimate space where the tangible and the ethereal seamlessly blur.
